Willow Windgood creates art that acts as a doorway into the human imagination and invokes a sense of  wonder and adventure in the world.  Her process is an investigation, profoundly dependent on her capacity to see pattern, form, and the archetype within the multiplicity of nature.

Her natural ability to see beyond the surface, blended with shamanic journeying and dreamwork, inspires interactive pieces that connect the viewer to their own internal landscapes and guidance.  Characters, images, and natural elements are inspired from her fascination with the meditative state, and elevated awareness where the inner and outer landscapes meet.  

Willow has been a professional painter and teacher for the past  20 year. She has spanned many mediums and a variety of directions, from personal paintings and architectural sculpture, to community based art.
