This workshop is a transformative journey accessible to all beings:

Using your breath, innate creative energy, and shamanic techniques to guide you into a space of opening and discovery.  The ceremony begins with a series of sacred Kundalini activations: gently moving the body, freeing the breath, and opening energy centers; flowing into a guided, shamanic breath-work journey to heightened depths of discovery.

Kundalini is an ancient practice to align with our highest self. Shamanic Breathwork is a method of breathing that elicits an altered state. Combined, this experience provides the opportunity to find healing, clarity, and transformation.

Robert Ahava is an Ordained Shamanic Minister and Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator, as trained by Linda Starwolf.  He has taught Tai Chi, Sound Healing Journeys, and worked as a massage therapist/healer.  Andrea Ahava is a creator, a seeker, an adventurer, and a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.  In over 20 years of exploring a variety of yogas, she has experienced Kundalini Yoga to be the most expansive yoga practice and loves to share the teachings with others.  Together, they create a very safe, loving environment to support you on your journey.

Bring a yoga mat/soft pad to lay on, blanket, pillow, and eye covering.
